On 15 December, the shelter informed us that, due to limited capacity in December, our rescue cats had to be removed from the facility effective immediately. The cats affected were Strawberry, Muffin, Melissa and Pretty Little Kitty. We urgently arranged safe and secure placements to prevent them from being returned to the streets. Thanks to the prompt support of our sponsors and adopters, placements and homes were successfully secured in such short notice. Melissa was adopted.
Melissa had three veterinary examinations over the last 2 weeks, all of which confirmed that she is in good health.
‼️ Melissa needs urgent, immediate sponsorship for vet care.
She’s a baby kitten with a fast-spreading skin condition that appears fungal and she must get to JSPCA for treatment right away. Hospitalization boarding costs $7 per day.
‼️Hurricane & Melissa needs urgent sponsorship!
Help kittens Hurricane & Melissa stay safely in the JSPCA shelter so we have more time to find them a loving home. The shelter care costs only US$6 per day. Every day you sponsor keeps Melissa protected and gives her another chance at adoption.
