Volunteering is the heart of rescue. Every cat we save, treat, and rehome is only possible because someone chose to give their time, care, and compassion.

When you volunteer, you’re directly changing lives.

 

In a place like Jamaica, where resources are limited, volunteers are what keep rescue efforts going. You become part of a community that cares deeply and works together to create real impact.

For persons interested in fostering a cat, please apply here: onlypawscatrescue.org/foster

Foster - Care for a cat in your home until they’re adopted or relocated.

Support provided: Food, litter, supplies, and vet care.


Rescue & Trapping - Help safely catch and rescue cats in need and get them to care.

Support provided: Training, cat traps, trapping supplies, guidance, and help with approved costs.


Transport - Help move cats safely to vets, foster homes, or the airport.

Support provided: Gas support for approved trips.


Flight Escort - Travel with a cat on your flight and help them reach their new home safely.

Support provided: Full guidance and paperwork & pet fees are covered by us.
