Bio
Snugums has spent her entire life on the streets of Downtown, Kingston. From the day she was born, she survived on leftovers, raw chicken skin, and scraps from kind neighbors.
She is terrified of people. We don't know what happened to make her so afraid, but we've tried many times to trap her, and each time she slipped away.
Because she was never spayed, Snugums may have given birth to more than 50 kittens throughout her life. Most of them likely never survived the streets.
Thanks to the kindness of our donors, Snugums was finally trapped and spayed in June 2026. She will never have to go through another pregnancy again.
Even though we've been feeding Snugs every day for a long time, she is still too afraid to let us get close. She won't let us touch her, but she knows we'll always be there with a meal waiting. For now, that's her way of trusting us.
